Project Brief Description

:

In order to increase the refining capacity of Esfahan Refinery to 360,000 bbl/day, Esfahan Oil Refining Company has defined the above mentioned project. This project includes installation of new units (B1), Revamping of the existing units (B2) and upgrading of the control system (B3).

The B1 sub-project includes atmospheric distillation unit and LPG, Kerosene treating package and new flare unit.

The B2 sub-project includes CDU, VDU and SRG in both trains, LPG in both trains, Naphtha storage tank and transmission system, waste water treatment system, fuel system, water system, air system, steam and power system, nitrogen distribution system and interconnection facilities.

The B3 sub-project includes modifying and changing the control and protection systems of the existing units and replacing existing pneumatic systems by modern electronic system.

Basic Engineering Endorsement, Detailed Design and part of Material Supply and Construction have been performed by TOP Engineering Co.
