In order to produce 3,000 MTPD sponge iron from iron pellets in Ahwaz steel complex by using gas based HYL direct reduction and MIDREX direct reduction methods, in a reactor at temperatures below the melting temperature, the oxygen in the iron ore is removed and its structure becomes spongy porous. In this regards completion of details engineering, preparation residue items list and purchase order for reformers, reactors, cooling towers and furnaces, preparation tender documents and supervision have been performed by TOP engineering Co.
