Attention to the environment with the spice of innovation in the oil industry
The cycuper team is one of the teams in the Innovation Center of the Petroleum Industry Research Institute, which has presented several projects in the field of oil and gas with an environmental approach, including the recycling project of the chemical effluent of petrochemical and oil industry units, as well as the Supermalch project. The environment is supported by the Innovation Center of the Petroleum Industry Research Institute.
Due to the importance of the phenomenon of dust and many economic and social problems that this phenomenon causes in the southern provinces, especially Khuzestan and Kerman, the government spends a lot of money annually for mulching, which unfortunately has not been as effective as it should be. The Supermalch produced by the psychoper team is based on water and is completely environmentally friendly despite its petroleum compounds; This product can also be a good alternative to fuel oil or fuel oil, which is currently used as mulch and has adverse environmental effects, due to its reasonable price.
Ease of spraying, rapid drying and low material penetration into the soil while creating high adhesion between particles and high strength along with proper water permeability and also no risk of fire and high resistance to storms with a speed of more than 150 km In addition to maintaining the possibility of plant growth and not changing the pH of the soil, the inventory of mulch is one of the advantages of this group.
Supermalch has been tested in laboratories, tested for adhesion, environmental erosion and water infiltration, as well as wind tunnels, and has achieved excellent results. The useful life of this mulch for more than four years makes it possible to maintain the growth and moisture of the plants and thus the biological strength of the soil by maintaining the structure and moisture of the soil, so that there is no need for re-mulching in the environment. The ability to export directly or provide services to countries in the region, including Iraq, is one of the business opportunities available in this business.
In addition to Supermalch, the psychoper team has presented its recycling laboratory and industrial design at the Innovation Center of the Petroleum Industry Research Institute by researching the field of caustic wastewater in the refinery. The project, which has been industrially designed after success in the laboratory phase, is ready to build a pilot model in collaboration with the Petroleum Industry Research Institute. Elimination of toxic substances in the refinery effluent, as well as the extraction of valuable materials needed by the oil industry, such as caustic soda and calcium carbonate, which, in addition to environmental benefits, also bring high economic returns for the project, are among the features of this project.
