In order to develop part of ahwaz oil reservoir and increase oil & gas production of this field, NISOC has defined the above mentioned project to provide  the necessary process facilities such as well testing requirements, flow lines, manifolds, live oil transmission pipe line, Pig L/R stations, leak detection system,… to transmit 14000 bbl/day live oil from 14 wells in ahwaz urban area to ahwaz PU5. Preliminary engineering studies and preparation FEED package has been performed by TOP engineering Co.

 

Project scope of work

· HIPPS systems in downstream of choke valves of wells
· Manifolds in the cluster wells area
· Flow lines from well areas to the main-manifold equipped with mobile pig-launcher and pig-receiver.
· Corrosion inhibitor injection package in well areas

· Pig-launching facilities in Meli-Rah area

· Two 8” pipeline from Meli-Rah area to Ahwaz-5 station

· Pig-receiving facilities in Ahwaz-5 station
