Imam Khomeini Oil Refinery Company (Client) aims to execute Needle Coke Production Project using some of the existing fluid cuts of refinery by implementing RIPI’s (Research Institute of Petroleum Inustry) technical knowledge and services awarded a contract including experimental and pilot operations, feasibility study and basic design. In this manner, Tarh-O-Palayesh Engineering Company is employed by the client for Management Consultancy (MC) Services and Technical Supervision on RIPI’s activities and documents.
